APPLICATION

Fixed protected installation inside appliances and in, 
or on lighting fittings. Suitable for installation in surface 
mounted or embedded conduits, only for signaling or control circuits. 

 

CONSTRUCTION

Conductor:

Class 1 solid copper annealed conductor for H05V-U;

Cass 2 stranded rigid annealed copper conductor for H05V-R;

Class 5 stranded flexible annealed copper conductor for H05V-K;

The conductors shall comply with the requirements given in IEC 60228.

Insulation:

PVC compound type TI 1

Colour of insulation:

green/yellow, blue, black, brown or other colours

 

CHARACTERISTIC

Maximum conductor operating temperature: +70℃

Maximum short circuit conductor temperature: +160℃

Test voltage: 2000V

or on, lighting or control gear for voltages up to 1000V a.c. or, up to 750V d.c. to earth.  

 

CONSTRUCTION

Conductor:

Class 1 solid annealed copper conductor for H07V-U;

Cass 2 stranded rigid annealed copper conductor for H07V-R;

Class 5 stranded flexible annealed copper conductor for H07V-K;

The conductors shall comply with the requirements given in IEC 60228.

Insulation:

APPLICATION

Single core, non-sheathed cables are suitable particularly for situations 
in which low emission of smoke and corrosive gases is required in the case of burning.
H07Z-U, H07Z-R, H07Z-K - single core, non-sheathed cables are intended for installation in surface mounted or 
embedded conduits, or similar closed systems. Suitable for fixed protected
 installation in, or on, lighting and control gear for voltages up to 1000 V a.c. or, 
up to 750V d.c. to earth.  

 

CONSTRUCTION

Conductor:

Class 1 solid annealed copper conductor for H07Z-U;

Cass 2 stranded rigid annealed copper conductor for H07Z-R;

Class 5 stranded flexible  annealed copper conductor for H07Z-K;

The conductors shall comply with the requirements given in IEC 60228.

 

Insulation:

Special thermosetting low smoke zero halogen compound type EI5 acc. to EN 50363-5

Colour of insulation:

Green/yellow, blue, black, brown or other colours

 

CHARACTERISTIC

Maximum conductor operating temperature: +90℃

Maximum short circuit conductor temperature: +250℃

Test voltage: 2500V

Flame propagation: EN 60332-1-2 (IEC 60332-1) ;EN 60332-3-24 (IEC 60332-3-24)

Smoke emission:EN 61034-2 (IEC 61034-2)

Corrosive and acid gas emission of insulation: EN 50267-2-2 (IEC 60754-2): pH 4,3; Conductivity: 10 S/mm
